Mental health struggles are all too real. I deal with them myself. We just lost another fantastic person and I realized that so many impactful people that have taken been part in NGR in one way or another have broken down and succumbed to their demons over the years. It is truly tragic and so unfortunate. I want to start a memorial here for them and also say that if you are struggling, please reach out to people.

I personally am having a hard time dealing with all of the tragedy in my life this week, but I am so very grateful for the friends that have been helping to pull me through. Thank you.
