Thought I’d share my main music machine for 2026
— my HP OMEN 16-wd0xxx gaming laptop.Specs:
* Processor: 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13620H (2.40 GHz, 10 cores)
* RAM: 16 GB (plenty for running DAWs, multiple plugins, and streaming at the same time)
* OS: Windows 11 Home (25H2)
* Graphics: Dedicated GPU (great for visualizers and light video editing)It’s a beast for mixing, producing, and live broadcasting
— handles Ableton/FL Studio sessions with tons of VSTs without breaking a sweat.The screen is bright and color-accurate, keyboard feels solid for long sessions, and the cooling keeps it from thermal throttling during extended streams.
Running everything from tech house mixes to indie production on this thing.
