Hey, guys, what’s up? It’s Lita here on ngrmusic.com. And I’m here to review, kind of a sip and review, right, of punk Bunny coffee. And this is their Last Ride in medium dark brew. Says a medium dark roast with a long smooth finish of sunrise to sunset brew. So damn could your hair will stand up? OK, so. How is coffee discovered? So a gentleman in Ethiopia noticed that his goats were a lot more energized after eating coffee berries and coffee as a drink was consumed in the self monasteries in Yemen where the monks would drink it to stay more alert during their prayer.
Ooh, and in the 1500’s the first written records of coffee were discovered by Greek physician. Demosthenes, did I say that right? But yeah. So. And if you’re trying to lose weight? Coffee stimulates fat burning hormones, it increases your energy during exercise, and it speeds up your metabolism to help you burn more calories. When I go to the gym, I always drink coffee beforehand.
So, uh, let’s give it a try. It’s kind of humorous in a way. I’m drinking coffee out of my cute little pink Starbucks cup, wearing black lipstick and kinda like a new school Elvira, huh? So, uh, let’s take a sip. Cheers. Not bad. It’s also pretty good. Smooth. It’s almost like the Grey Goose or the 1800 of coffee. It just slides right down your throat like a Other things. What’s also cool is it’s made by the punk rock band Green Day, who I’ve always liked. Especially their Dookie album back in the day.
I don’t know, I guess Green Day, like wanted wanted something to drink on the road that they’d always have at the gas stations they stop at on tour, which is pretty cool. But uh, yeah. Definitely try it. I was like driving to see a friend about 1/2 hour away and I stopped at the Speedway to gas up and what caught my eye was the the packaging. It’s pretty well it stands out like. At the coffee machines, but. Yeah, I definitely find myself drinking this a lot more often. But yeah, if you have a Speedway around you, go get you a cup. It’s pretty good. Interesting info about coffee!
I have never thought to drink coffee before going to the gym.
Before the pre workout drinks came along into the market, I use to drink coffee before my workouts in the early and mid 2000’s, I use to mix it with my protein powder, I gotten some of my best workouts with that combo, after seeing Lita’s coffee video, I think I am going to start the coffee and protein powder combo in my shaker cup before I go to the gym.
Hm, I never thought about protein powder in coffee. I’m ready to try it.

I agree with ya here. I picture these guys stopping at gas stations while on tour and getting the gas station coffee, not liking it, so they wanted to make something better.

You should add a coffee review series to you channel as well as music video indie tv show. I can see you having multiple TV shows on your channel.
You seem to know a lot about coffee and the many different brands that many people probably does not know, it is good to know about the different brands, I got to also go back and find the other coffee video you did, I want to try the other ones that you posted a while back ago, Be cool if you could have affiliate link with this coffee if the company offers affiliate program. I drink coffee everyday, I love the different brands, flavors and variety of coffee’s, I hope you add a coffee series to your channels, I not sure if Jess is going keep the on demand, if she does it would be a good series to have.
Great education of coffee that is information to people who do not know the history of coffee, before all the different pre workout drinks, I use to mix coffee with my protein powder in my shaker cup and was I energized, some of my best workouts was with coffee and protein combo. If Jess keeps the video on demand, the coffee series would be good series for your channel.
