I couldn’t talk about it at the time, but this selfie was taken while I was at the TV studio filming for the show The Bear on FX and Hulu. I am excited to say that I made it onto the show for season 4.

Well. I have the first episode of “Lita’s dungeon”, but sadly it is too big of a video for this site. I have been working out more and in the club again after almost a year’s hiatus.

FreeConvert.com has a video compressor but depending on how big the file is you may need to use premium. If the conversion can be done in under 5 minutes its free. I have had the paid version before and it’s not too expensive.

OHHHH!!!! but you CAN STREAM IT ON YOUR CHANNEL!!! The file size shouldn’t be a problem then. I am streaming all kinds of stull on NGR TV and it doesn’t matter the file size. I am using OBS.
