Hello everybody. Thank you for tuning in and listening. This is Naked Girls Radio. I am here on this Christmas Eve episode of the show. It’s not quite Christmas Eve here yet, but our Hostess Toni Fearse is on the East Coast, so she’s just starting her Christmas Eve. She’ll hopefully be on the air with us tonight. And over on the West Coast right now, I have Sandra London on the air with me. Are you there, Sandra? Hey, how’s it going? It’s me, Sandra London. Good. How are you? Uh, I’m fine. I’m gonna try and keep my my puppy from going nuts every few minutes because of the rain outside. So. OK, Yeah, we, we’ve, we’ve got some snow going on here tonight, but I’ve got a house full of kids at the moment.
They’re quiet. For this very moment, but we’ll see how long that lasts. And then I have someone making kid voices over here too. But yeah, the songs I just started off the hour with where Elvis Kong with Dead Step, and before that was SyFy. All I want for Christmas is you. I’ve tracked down a couple of different Christmas covers by SyFy tonight. To be playing in the spirit of the holidays. So, look forward to those and we’ll see if you know. I know I was listening to last week, so earlier and Toni had mentioned this party. Yeah, I think she’s supposed to be there tonight, and she was originally hoping to call in from the party, so we’ll see if that actually happens. I don’t know, like how long she’s been partying down there or whatever. Hopefully she remembers us. But. We’ll see if she might be able.
It might be too difas soon as it’s ready, I guess. But. See, I have like all these, yeah, like all these kids, they’ve been, I, I’ve, I’ve been maintaining them in one room and they just, they all just came out. They’re they’re leaving soon, but it was just like things, everything is behind because of the weather out here right now, you know, travel time is behind and stuff. And I expected it to be quiet by now, but that hasn’t been the case. Umm, yeah, yeah, but soon enough. Umm. But yeah, I don’t know. It was, you know, like, I know the Halloween episode was out several days before Halloween, but Mike Preston is the host and the creator of Psycho Babble TV, and he is like. Umm, he’s been working on editing it and he said that there’s like, it’s, it’s a really like intense episode.
There’s a lot of editing work to be done and stuff. And I’m like, I thought that might be the case because it hadn’t come out still. And then for like in the past like 3 or 4 days, I keep checking, I’m like checking on his Vimeo and his YouTube and his Facebook and I’m like. Is it there yet? Is there yet? Is there yet? I can’t wait. It’s gonna be awesome. And so I’ve been posting a bunch of shows previously from that. Does he have like an alert, alert there’s a couple of clips that I know because you know, like when we’re filming the show and there’s. Let’s go to a clip. We actually sit there and watch the clip. And so, you know, I know that what clips are gonna be in there and like what people are gonna be in there and stuff.
And so, it’s kinda like I’ve seen and some of the clips are up online like you can watch and I’ve been sharing stuff like that. That there’s a lot of like there’s past episodes that I mean, it just had like. A whole bunch of celebrities in there and stuff. And they do. There’s different parts like segments where they’re like reading Christmas stories and its actually kind of funny. Like there’s one an old one where it’s got Gilbert Gottfried in there and he’s hilarious in it and like. He’s in a bunch of their shows, but like he’s and he’s always great but. Umm, and there’s like somebody who is like impersonating him later and who is really funny too, but I’m, and I’m trying to remember like you all were in there, huh? At the same time as users impersonating him? Or what about somebody impersonating him?
You’re saying that he had a he had someone who was doing impressions of him. What’s he there at the same time to interact with that person? Oh, yeah, That would be funny. But no, it was just like he said one part. And then later on there’s like somebody else pretending to, like, be him but yeah. But, you know, I mean, they have like, a couple of different ones that are like, the more recent ones. There’s a segment where it’s all like. Musicians. Umm, reading a Christmas story and then there’s one where they have like porn stars do it and it’s just so funny to see like how how it goes about like, you know, which people make silly mistakes and end up totally like laughing at themselves and which people, you know, make like do.
Like their extra own spin on their part of the story. They add different things, and it can be the books can turn when you get, when you get like the porn stars and stuff like that, you get some interesting versions of the stories for sure. I’m sure yeah. So, I believe umm, also like I, I think Ron Jeremy was in this episode and so I get to see something from him and. Uh-huh. Yeah, yeah. Oh yeah. He’s, he’s been a. Psycho Babble, too. He’s always, yeah, he’s always fun. Yeah. So. Yeah. So. Yeah, I’m, I’m like, I can’t. As soon as it comes out, I’m ready to share it with everybody right now. Like I said, I’ve been adding stuff. If you go to ngrmusic.com, you can.
Video section on the home page and there’s a bunch of different videos from them, like holiday stuff that they’ve done. At least what I found of it. I know there’s actually like whatever they have on Vlike it and watch it. But if I don’t go out of my way to write that, then like nobody even puts a like, I’m like, you didn’t even look at it, did you? You a couple or like post it to your wall or something a couple of of the different holiday clips and stuff. I yes, yes, and I got. I know you don’t make it on there all that much, but you know when I see.
But it’s funny to me because one of my like long time really good friends, like they’ll be like, oh. Umm, you know, this news story or that news story, if I try to tell them about something and then they’ll be like, yeah, I know. I thought I saw that news link on Facebook of yours. I’m like, I only tweeted it because I guess I’m disconnected and I forget. Oh, OK. Like I guess it’s still shooting off to Facebook from Twitter. I’m like, I totally forgot. Was possible.
I forgot about that yeah well, you know what I I’m yeah, I was went and posted a picture to Instagram today and I don’t really use Instagram but it’s like crazy because I’m constantly getting notified that people followed me and. I haven’t, I’ve, I’ve posted maybe like 3 pictures on there or something and I have like 500 followers already and I’m just like, whoa. I mean like I haven’t tried to get, you know, back in the day, like when, when Twitter was a new thing, you know, I used to go. Try and go get followers, but Instagram like people are just finding me like crazy and I’m just like Dang, man, like this is kind of awesome. I’m going to have to use it if I get followers that easily, you know, so I know I don’t know how it works exactly, but I’m always getting notifications of like oh so and so.
Your friend is on Instagram as this name and you know, it’s always telling me that and I so I don’t know, like Instagram just has a way of like getting you to notice it even though you don’t use it, which is kind but I’m like, maybe maybe I should start actually trying to use it. I know it’s been going on, you know? Instagram’s been a thing for quite a while, and I don’t ever use it. You know, a bunch of those I don’t use still, and I maybe I should have to keep bad now. There’s like probably 20 new ones, 20 new ones a week, yeah. Slow down there, buddy. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, there’s gotta be, I don’t know, like there’s gotta be some kind of, I was gonna say a book or something, but like even a book is gonna be so out of date so fast.
Gonna say there’s gotta be some kind of guide, like how to manage all these different. Council like what to do with them all to make them effective, you know, like because there’s at least if there’s not, there should be because you know, like who is trying to learn them all and to be effective in all of them, you got to get newsletters from like a tech Crunch and Mashable and Digital Trends and stuff like that. And then maybe like, you know, look at their year end, it’ll be sometimes the articles with year end results of different social media platforms or websites and also kind of if it’s worth your time to, you know. Try one or more avenues of social promotion. Yeah, that’s a good idea. That’s a good idea. I see.
I like talking about this kind of stuff. I learned things from you during the radio show. I was like, you know, when you like. For example, you had mentioned MP3 louder. I’ve actually used it when we talked about it. Oh, yeah. It was really cool. I was afraid that it was gonna make me sign up. For stuff or like, you knlevelator to make all the sound even. And then I go after that. Then I put it into iTunes and turn it into an MP3, because then an MP3 is like. What do you? Are you there? Hello. Uh, OK, just I can’t hear you. I’ll hold for a couple more seconds, but. OK, I am There we go. OK, OK, good. I was about to play a song because I’m like, oh, what’s going on? So yeah, then I then, yeah, I run it through levelator, then I put it in iTunes and turn it into an MP3.
And then from there, if I need to raise the volume, then I’ll do MP3 louder. And then it’s finally ready to. Directly, it’ll populate the right way in the radio playlist thing and it’ll show like our picture and stuff. And yeah, but if I don’t do it all right, then it takes a lot longer. It’s like a huge process to get it to sound right and nice. And to get it on the air for everybody. But if you after all that I just talked about if you guys miss this show or like want to check it out again later, I put it up all week on ngrmusic.com and you can listen. On the playlist over and over again for the whole week. So like last week’s show is up there right now and once this one is done, this will be up there and available. So you can always go check out our shows there. As well as like the archive on Blog Talk radio.
Yeah, so yay. I got my thighs. Hold on one second. OK? There’s nothing at the door but rain and wind. Nothing else. When when I lived in Florida, I had a dog that had when it, when it would rain out, he would have anxiety attacks. It was horrible. He was like, oh, traumatized, what would you do? Oh, yeah. He would just, he would shake really bad and like pant and drool and he wouldn’t get anything. And he was just like freaking out. He’s like the nicest dog, but he was a rescue dog and I think somebody didn’t take good care of him during storms, you know, like he probably got left outside and things. So poor guy. Like, yeah, even if it, even if it’s like the storm’s not there yet, sometimes it’ll start shaking. It’s like he can feel it in the air. It’s coming. That’s good. Who’s a predictor? Yeah, totally. Yeah.
Poor thing, but yeah, so. He yeah, doesn’t doesn’t like the rain. Alright, well let’s see, I’ve got more music to play for us, and I’ve been. I dug up a few different Christmas songs since this is our Christmas episode and I was. I was thinking Tony was gonna be here to dish about hanging out with Kyle Young, but actually, I’m gonna play next. I guess she’ll have to fill us in later, but I wonder what she’s doing right now. Oh yeah. Yeah.
Few songs, and then we’ll be back with you after that. This is Kyle Young featuring Nathan Cheney with the song. It’s Christmas time. That song you just heard was Elvin Cole with Don’t Take It Away. Before that was Dive Bomber with their song Live Radio and Kyle Young featuring Nathan Cheney with Its Christmas Time Again. This is Jessica080806 and you are listening to Naked Girls Radio.
