I have been working on troubleshooting the chat for the past several days. It still works on Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. It is still having issues on Firefox and now also on Safari. I know what is wrong I just have been having a struggle to fix it. I have been speaking with support. If it isn’t fixed soon I am going to start looking for a different chat solution. Members can log in and comment on home page posts now… so at least there’s that…. fingers crossed that it will be up and running again soon.
