Munger Band Interview

Oh my gosh. OK, so we are here with Monger. State your names. Jay Munger. Dub know why you’re here? I don’t either. They just. They just want pictures. This is our head of our Rd. crew. This is the Buzzard. This is the manager. Drew White. They belong. OK, then you guys belong. Should White. Oh, OK. Should White. All right, so tell us about your band. What do you want to know about it? Anything and everything. What would you want to tell the people that want to be fans or potential fans like? We’re all about the hatred of cover bands because they

steal steal money from original act. It’s . They get all the big *** shows and they get paid big money for playing somebody else’s music. Get your own talent. OK, I could agree with that because you know what I mean? We we do have a couple of cover bands on our website. We do, we deal with bands, but we can’t play them on the air for royalty purposes. Obviously. You know, I totally understand that. And you know, I know a lot of bands are a lot of bars are like, hey, we want music everybody already knows. But yeah, that’s crap. It’s not it’s.

No talent to playing music and the hard work that goes into it. That’s what we’re all about too. We’re about dedication. We’re about showing the people a good time. Every time we go out and play, we’re about partying with everybody. We’re about the people. That’s what makes the music. These pictures that you guys take right now, this is a family no matter what. We don’t look at any other. I like that. I like your Ojos as well. You’re welcome. I like your bandana. Thank you very much. You’re welcome. Yeah, he’s pretty hot. You guys are already good looking. Guys. I’d love to have you all on our site. It’s like a Myspace. But we are all about. We have do it. We have our radio station. We play. Yes, it will be on the website.

So if you come on our website and join, set up a show, set up a profile and like, do your thing, promote yourself all you want on our website and we will hook you up. We’ll help you out. Are you getting naked? No, but I’ll watch you get naked. Naked. I’ll watch you get naked. We use the power. We use the power of ***** ***** to promote your music, so that’s what we’re all about. Radio. ***** ***** radio is all about nakedhits.com that should be. Have to remember because we’re in the green room, naked hits.

I’m sure i’m sure there’s been plenty of naked alright, so where can people find your music? myspace.com slash. MUNGER But we’re working on getting a full site up and going. So very cool. Any EPS albums? We do have an album coming out. It’s called Unspoken and it’ll be released shortly. We’re working on getting the budget up. No playing shows and selling merch and all that. Music’s all ready to go. It’s just about production of the CDs. Ready to throw it out there for everybody and on the website, we’ll let everybody know when it’s ready. Are you guys touring right now?

Not as right now, just locally, just locally once once the album gets released, we plan on doing a full national tour. The whole the whole shebang, you know? But you have more shows coming up soon. OK, you can check our Myspace. Open up her Sabelle POD. Good. Your pants. Oh, I love the pimps. Whoo. I haven’t seen them in a while. They are good at time, man. Oh, my gosh. Yeah, they’re awesome. I’ve been to so many shows. I have some CDs. I’m a fan. So you’ll be there at ours then, right? Yeah. Yeah. Let me know what it is. Yeah.

Take your top off. You know what I want, if they can come check us out the Westmount BBQ Fest on the 30th of this month, it’s going to be great. It’s going to be a good time. Yeah. OK, you guys. Where’s it at? It’s in Westmont, IL. Westmont. I don’t know. I went to school out there. It’s like Chicago or something. I went to school, it’s in. Why? I was just gonna say make sure to come on our side. There’s like if you set up a letter. No, I didn’t go toast all your dates. So we know. The easiest way for us to keep track, we we talked to homie bands, but the band, it’s the bands that are there with us. Like doing the stuff on the website are the ones we really hook up and help out.

So sweet. Sweet. And then I was just asked about do you guys had a song called Warrenville or? Yeah, tell me about that. Go ahead, Josh. It’s actually called War in War in Bill. OK, I’ll tell you. You know, I grew up, grew up next to Warrenville, So, and that’s in, that’s next to West Chicago, IL. It’s a town called Warrenville, but I changed it to Warrenville because there’s so much damn drama that goes on there. I go to bars there all the time and. Let’s just talk, talk, talk. Somebody wants to, you know, *** **** by this person. And then the other person’s like, well, I’m going to go tell this person and *. That’s everywhere. We’re not. We don’t even ** live there.

It’s like, it’s like a suburb from it, dude. People from Warrenville, people from Warrenville don’t come into West Chicago, and people in West Chicago don’t even want to go into Warrenville. The chorus is we all need to change. Yeah, yeah. I just wanted to put that out there for them to hear it. I sure don’t live in the same town I grew. Go up and forget all that drama we love playing. Oh, yeah, I’m sure it’s a I’m sure there’s plenty of cool people there. Yeah, we got two shows there this month. That’s our all right, so don’t talk too much ****. *** **** don’t get me wrong. We like playing there and we got a lot of fan base there, but there’s a lot of drama there. Yeah, there’s a lot of drama everywhere. There is.

High school never ends. That’s exactly what it is. They don’t surround yourself with. There’s always. All right, all right. Anything else you guys would like to say? Dirty or not? Are you going to * take your clothes off? I’m waiting. Don’t ask him think I’m sick of seeing his penis. I got a good mom. We are. We are notorious for getting the bands naked. Yeah, you’ll find that. Right she didn’t she doesn’t have to know. She picks up. She goes on naked sites she better. I think she being such a good Christian mother. We actually knew a band that had a song called. Had a song called Rd. Head that they would sing at church. Yeah. So what church do they go to?

They should have sang ultra. Listen to this guy i’ve been i’ve been but they they think about we were talking about did you get a picture of this? A hand ski? Alright, I want to say one more thing about the band before you pull it off. I just want everybody who listens to our music to understand that we’re about the fans and we’re about having a good time. You come out to our shows, you’re always going to have a good time. We’re always going to welcome you with open arms, and we’re all about the party, dude. Come listen to our music and enjoy it, all right? There’s no discrepancy. Sounds good to me. I still like your own Josh. You’re welcome. Alright thank you guys. We have monger * and munger ***.
