Hey guys. Hello there. How’s it going? I’m super excited to be here tonight. Tonight is the first episode of season 25 on Naked Girls Radio. Can you believe that? That’s crazy. It’s insane. So to celebrate, tonight’s a special episode. It’s going to have tons of great music that you’re going to remember and love, especially if you’ve been here along with me for the ride and. And I can’t wait. Oh, I’ve got a 2 hour show tonight.

I hope we have enough time. That was the most that I’m able to do a show for right now is 2 hours. So we’ll fit in as much as we can. I hope we get to it all, but it’s a big list, you guys. So I’m going to go ahead and get into it. Up next. I’ve got one that takes me back. Now to put it in perspective, those of you that don’t know, I launched the the old social network on January 1st, 2011. So a lot of lot of the songs are since 2011, because they are part of the social network. It’s like people that were members, musicians that were members of the site are a lot of the ones I put on the list tonight. I didn’t get everybody. Yes, it’s true Naked Girls Radio has officially hit the 25th season of the show. Who would have guessed that it would have lasted this long? I seriously could not and would not have done it if for all of my awesome friends, fans, and supporters that have been with me along the way. I owe a whole lot to people like Tiffany Tease and Chris Star who really helped me launch NGR to a whole new level back when we were just starting out. They helped me connect with a lot of musicians that we know and love today.

Roman DeLeon and the Rock Scarz Magazine crew for dragging me out of my comfort zone, asking me to sponsor events, do band interviews at their shows. Having us pole dance and dragging me up on stage when I would have otherwise just hid in the shadows. Larry Goone of Chicago Sexcon and Born a Babe for hosting so many amazing events where I got to meet countless amazing people over the years which includes Mike Preston and Psycho Babble TV and my good friend Cynthia Tazer.

The TV experience was so much fun. And so many people got to know me through the show. Mike helped me stay out of trouble by inviting me back again and again being on Psycho Babble TV which got me out into the world even more. Cynthia has always pushed me to be a better version of myself and further got me out of my shell. A super important person to me is Sandra London. Naked Girls Radio would not be what it is today without her. We have done an insane amount of radio shows together. She inspired me to finally take to airwaves on my own I probably never would have if not for her.

There’s the long term musicians that have been with Naked Girls Radio all along, Kyle Young, Pennan Brae, the Mike Michalak Band, New Nobility, Mrs. PG, Peteie Green and The Usual Mistakes now Soul Karma just to name a few. I’m so happy that somehow I coincidentally was able to like connect with you right now. This is yeah. Oh, my goodness. I wish Kyle. I wish Kyle Young were here, actually, because I saw him not too long ago and he was saying, well, here in California, but yeah, that’s an idea. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I didn’t even think of it until like, I was putting together the show tonight and I’m like, wow, it’s the 25th season. That’s crazy. Oh my goodness. Doesn’t even mean is that like what is it three seasons a year, Four Seasons a year?

No, it depends. It kind of varies, but a season generally is is 13 episodes, so. Oh, that’s a lot. 13 * 25 That takes a long time to do math. That’s not my yeah, OK. I’m yeah, yeah, it’s it’s a lot, a lot of yeah, hands down. So yeah. Yeah. I should know. And my beautiful, beautiful Jessica. Yeah. Oh my goodness. Yeah. So already. How long have you been on tonight? About an hour and a half so far. I tried and what I did is I I got, I wanted to see I’m going to come from. Was it like music? Oh my God. I’ve been, well, I’ve been, I wanted to get as many of the original musicians played on this show and there’s just so many that I’m going to have to have two shows at least because I I can’t even get to any everybody in two shows.

And that’s just like, I’m just going off of the original musicians that I started. Out with Naked Girls Radio with and and I don’t even have all of those anymore. Like the songs from everybody and then everybody that was a part of the original social network. Like a whole bunch of those people. But again, I don’t have everybody. So. Yeah, so I had to. I even did some Mr. Frizo tonight. Tell him, listen, listen, talk to him. It’s a long time, like it’s been years. But yeah, I’ve been playing everybody. It’s weird because I was like, I haven’t posted or done any blogs. I did do new pictures. I haven’t they’re actually, I’ve only shown them privately. I haven’t released them publicly, but I, I went and. On my on the site. So attention attention everyone LiveAndGrind.com is currently down. I still own my domain but it’s also Blogger so it’s no longer on there. I have like backed up most of that my little detachable hard drive thingy and I have a friend elsewhere who has an extra copy of everything I could save so I.

Mostly everything except for a few new poems that came out just before, you know, I stopped posting, but you know, that may still exist and all that. And I still have my Vimeo. So vimeo.com. I’mSandraLondon, so a lot of my stories are in audio visual form. So but I was like, I want to listen to I want to listen to Naked Girls Radio music. I listen to my stories and stuff. And I went to and even Blogtalkradio on there. Like I can’t play like my, my, my old shows. I’m like, oh, I got to look into that one. But yeah, and I was like, they were charging me every month. So I was like, what happened?

Yeah, I don’t know. But I haven’t, I haven’t checked on like apples or whatever it is to like see if they’re still there probably. But I was just sort of like, I don’t want to say I don’t want to look because if it’s not the air, it’s going to be like a big bummer. I’m like, that’s like 7 years. Freaking talking. Oh my gosh. Wow. So I was going to say you should come post some of your stuff over on ngrmusic.com now. The girls I know and I I need girls, but the girls make money every time they post something now.

Long, long time ago when it first started out with with the site, you know, with lemon grind just like that, as with the banner, like the slogan and all that, but just different. Cute little, saw it, wanted it, smiled, real perky, got it Like all these different things like buttons and like little. Yeah. I feel it. I have a merged company. I have a merged merchant. I get merch made and I have Naked Girls Radio merch and, and New Groove and Rhythms merch. And there’s Philomena merch. Yes. I’ll have to hook you up. Filomena. Yeah, yeah. Yes, I have. And I have a new groove and rhythm mug. I have both a Naked Girls Radio and a new Groovin Rhythms T-shirt. But. In tons of colors for guys. Sorry, had to say it. And this says Tata’s just as lovely. She’s got a lovely body and I love her *. Sorry, sorry, I was censored. I don’t have to take you. I’m fixing my language like. Beautiful. Oh, my goodness. I can’t see you. That’s what I got to do. I know. OK, so I’m saving up for my big trip to Chicago. So. And news department.

If they ever have news department again, which they ought, they ought to be. I come out to Indiana. I hope so. Yeah. I wanted to go. Actually last year Ruby Rider was hosting an event over there. She actually bought a cabin over there and but she was hosting an event one weekend and I really wanted to go and I was trying to go and then last minute I plans. Changed and I didn’t get to go and I was so bummed out because I really wanted to. Speaking to a Ruby Rider. Oh my gosh. Sexy Bunny. Sexy Bunny in the woods.

She just became a cover model for International Playboy for March 2022. She looks amazing. She’s hosting the cover picture like yesterday. Maybe she doesn’t have copies of it yet. Having copies of it that you can get from her. It’s her picture. Looks great. Yeah, she’s gorgeous. In essence, even better, yeah. So in these rooms, yeah, so. Yeah, she is awesome. Last time I saw her, she gave me a big old hug. She’s so cute. I love her. But yeah, I really hope that that nudes have happened. Come back soon because I want to go pop my nudes. Yeah. Yeah, those are wild. There’s like so memorable. It’s one of my favorite times before the. Yeah.

The first time I went, Cynthia dragged like she wanted. Well, she and I promoted that we were going and then I almost back. Didn’t go the first time and she’s like you’ve been saying for months, you’re going, you have to show up. And finally last minute I did decide to go. And once I went, I was like, Oh my God, I’m never missing this again because it was the best time ever. And then the time I went with you was the second time I’ve been. So I’ve only gone twice so far, but it’s been great. Times, it is so much fun. We got to make it your third time triple threat, we got to do it. I’m going to be there.

Gotta be there. Yeah. Oh man. Yeah, so. It’s been too long. I was, yeah. Where’s that going out there? Where? Where is Nestle? Oh, he’s still here. He actually posted on, there’s a chat on ngrmusic.com and he called. To it yesterday he is running a site called groovelineentertainment.com and he. New groove and rhythms, the groove line, and it’s another music promotion type of platform. And he actually has Naked Girls Radio on there.

You can listen directly from his website as well, and he’s been posting the Naked Girls Radio TV. Oh my gosh, Sandra. So the new the new platform that I am using for Naked Girls Radio TV is so cool. I have it where if you wanted to you could run your own TV show either on Naked Girls Radio or I could give you a full on channel and you could do your whole TV network channel. Thing and you could log into it directly from your stuff and instantly you like go do it and it allows you to have you can have your live streaming TV show and then it archives so you can have videos on demand or you can even do pay-per-view videos.

It’s super cool and so I’ve been doing it. I’ve been. Last night I did an hour Long live stream. I’ve been doing a show called Naked Our No Naked on the radios on only fans. The movies We are trending the top five most popular songs of the week on Naked Girls Radio. And I’ll do like a I, I dress up all cute and I’ll talk to everybody and, and talk about the songs and then I’ll play the music video for it and stuff like that. If there’s not a music video, I’ll dance. But I’ve been doing all kinds. Yeah, I definitely, I miss the music. I miss the music. So I definitely need that.

Yeah, I had two, two new cars in the past. What? Since I last spoke to you. I think you saw the Jag. Oh, my gosh. So OK. Yeah, it’s still, yeah, it’s still in the family. There’s no longer with me. But yeah, I have. I have two new cars in the entrance. And then somebody hit, like hit and run. They hit me, and then they just took. And I was like, what? And then it’s like right in the middle of like a heavy like work schedules. I had to like, had to be there or not like just like just break a bunch of commitments. I had to like, just pull my resources and just pay again, like for, you know, or transportation. You cannot get by in Los Angeles with no. I had like, you can’t know, Yeah. Oh, that was that was kind of wild, but pulled through that.

So yeah, but aside from that, like, I don’t know this this kind of been finding like random layers to like amuse myself, you know, with all our we, we had some of the harshest restrictions out here in LA County. For you know, a lot of the rest of the US didn’t have nearly this thing does. February 28th, they dropped the mask mandate out here, you don’t have to wear a mask anymore. Some places are still asking you to, but mostly you don’t have to anymore. It was getting there, it was getting crazy and I. In Chicago, there’s been a big like, you have to show a vax card to eat and eat in restaurants and things like that.

Same, same. And yeah, so I mean, but I don’t go try to eat in the city right now anyway, so whatever. I’m sorry, I’m not going. But you know, I’ve, I’ve had a, I got Covid a second time and I survived and I was just fine. It was like a little cold. I got it again. I got it again. It was so mild. It’s cold. Oh gosh if I was not Oh my goodness I wouldn’t have even gotten tested. The only reason I did is because my kids dad said they had to get tested before they went back to school after winter break and so we had them to get tested.

They were both negative even though we had been spending time together. But I came back positive so but it was like a whole really mild cold the second time around and the season came out. Yeah, yeah. So I think so. But you know, they came out and said that natural immunity is as good as getting the shot. So I’m all good. I’m invincible. I’m never going to die. I’ve been through so much I can’t believe I am alone by now. I think you’re doomed to eternity, but I will live forever. Yes whatever long yeah, man. Oh my God. So for those of you listening.

I went to the movies just the other day and that was in the previews and I was like, wow. It was funny because my sister, she, she knows all about like Twilight and all that crap. And I don’t remember watch any of stuff like that. And like her husband a real big Batman fan. And I was in the movie theater and I texted her I’m like Edwards Batman now. And she’s like. Just now finding this out. I’ve known this for like a year.

I’m like, yeah, I figured it would be a good movie for you guys. I like the movie posters Very. Yeah, like gossipy, very deep, like dark. Kind of. It excited me, like. Just the image alone. Like I wouldn’t think of him like that, but that’s interesting. OK, OK, I know it was Zoe credits. I just think she’s just gorgeous, like flawless. So I don’t know. I want to. I want. But what movie were you seeing when you saw that trailer? I saw Moonfall. It was my son’s choice. He wanted to Take Me Out for my birthday.

Mm-hmm. So yeah. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, my life on my live stream. I just unboxed some gifts from my wish list that came for my birthday. I did that live on Naked Girls Radio TV yesterday. So new outfit, yeah I got a couple cute outfits and I actually I know I have another one on the way that I don’t know what it is yet but I got 2 outfits this time and a dehumidifier for the trailer which I is really good to have.

Either sensor too essential. Yes, yeah, I do. I need to go on my wish list. So it’s like, I haven’t set it up in so long that I it like things are legitimately a surprise because I don’t remember what’s on there anymore. But the last time I had gotten like a schoolgirl like shirt and I said, I said to the person that sent it like, oh, I didn’t realize I didn’t put like a full outfit.

I thought it was a full outfit, but it was just the shirt. But then I just got another schoolgirl costume when I opened my stuff yesterday. And then I got this really sexy like lace red thing and it’s I can’t wait to try it on. And I said the red lace is going on my only fans, but you know, I’ll do this this little girl on Naked Girls Radio TV for sure. So you fully, you fully like love Only Fans. It’s a good, good gig. It’s a good deal. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. I’ve been on there for I don’t know how long. Probably two or two or three years now. Probably 2 maybe, I think. Well, yeah, because I’ve gotten they send you tax forms, so I’ve gotten 2 tax forms.

But where for example, just past things I’ve done that were successful like. On that UK campsite, like years ago it was some guy paid and like 200 British pounds for like 20 minutes for me to just brush my hair like over and over, lean forward. Going forward, just the camera, like they didn’t care, like anything else, just like, I just want to see your hair just lean forward and like, like do that and like, OK, like, all right, yeah, random, random videos. Do I see me brush my hair? Let’s do it, baby. Yeah, I yeah, I have like a webcam here with my hair growing. Yeah, I did have a guy that I did have a hair guy before and it was wonderful.

I loved it. And yeah, that would be, that would be a great idea. Yeah, yeah, that would that would be a great idea. And you know what else that goes along with that is, you know how I said that the girls get paid every time they post on ngrmusic.com? Yeah, it does. I don’t know. Everybody really is into the video. So that’s a good, good thing to do. And you know, and we can do it live or we can do it archived, or we can do uploading videos or all kinds of stuff. All right, everybody go do it. Do it, Do it.

That is so hot so. Well, you know what actually? So actually one of the videos that keeps getting tons of views is a video that I made a long time ago is to new nobility Rebel Hero and you don’t even see. I don’t even know if you see my face in it. I don’t think so. It’s like waist down and I’m wearing a skirt and heels and I’m like sewing off my legs and like, dangling my shoes off my feet. And like, people just love that video. It gets watched. Oh, so yeah, yeah, I think that’s the time fetish. Yeah. Or like feet and meals. Yeah, I think that’s the number one fetish.

And I mean, there’s so many things you can do with that. Some people like socks, some people like toast, some people like some people. Some people like you to step on food exclusive between your toes. Like there’s lots of food. How waste. Yeah, I know. But there’s there’s people that like that. What there is, there was a girl that I used to promote that was a fetish model and that was one of the things guys would request her to do. And it was just like, okay, there’s a thing like celery sticks with her feet, like you can hold them like chopsticks. You know, like salary or oh, if you really want, if you want to be like, oh, do you? Do you want to smell the aroma?

But like there’s a thing called pedal pushing where they like to see your feet pushing pedals in the car, like while you drive or whatever, or even when you’re just sitting there, you just push the pedal. So yeah, then and oh, and then you know what else is cool with the I’ve been looking at I, I, I got the software and I. Let’s see. I think it’s a wait a minute. No, no, I don’t remember. Like I’m paying for something like monthly with Oh, well, I’m paying for the stream thing to do the to the to do the radio. But then I’m like the software. Did I Oh, I maybe I’m on a free trial with the software.

There’s a software that I’m using and there’s another one that it’s like. Absolutely. Well, we we tested this on Blogtalk? your show on Blogtalk radio or no? Well, this show is the radio show. Yeah, yeah, yeah, OK, yeah, but this is for the. OK, so, right, so you know, there’s like a monthly fee that I do for that and I’m like wait a minute, I think maybe I’m on a free trial for the broadcast software I’m using because there is an open source free broadcast software. But the one that I’m using is really cool because. You can preload all your different things, like your different cameras with your different audio. So I switch camera angles during the show.

And then you have like videos set up and ready to go that you can put in there and you can fade them in and out really professionally and cool. You can do picture in picture and all this stuff. And so I like the cool one. You’re the pirate, you’re the pilot. You’re able to deal that from a screen. You’re like, I got this camera over here, ABC N SE W you can see surround 3. Yeah, turned her down and you can see what’s going on, right? Yeah, you can do all that. Illegal might have known on the toe camera. My toe camera. That’s a great idea. Look at you. Look at you. Paint my toenails. See ya. Then you just see like that brush come out of nowhere and like paint the toenail like now we are chocolate.

We are. No, we are fused. Don’t you love it? There used to be this webcam site that I was on and. They experimented with having voyeur cams because I told them how I always use voyeur cams and I really wanted to have that feature and they so they built that feature for me on the campsite and when I was trying it out, you know, I would put like. I would have my normal camera where people could chat to me, like to my face, but then I had like a random like upskirt camera under my desk, you know, and I would just sit there and fidget their own. Yeah, I’m sure it is. My gosh. Yeah, I am very 50I. I have because I spent so much time as a camera. I am constantly moving. When I’m on Cam. I don’t want to sit in one place because it’s boring to watch, so I move. You don’t want to be a statue, dude. That was going to be my other one. That was my third one. Airbrushing Hostess and, like, fidget, Yeah. Bordeaux standing or sorry, sitting still. So being like Boop and just stay still for as long as you can. Like those guys, I don’t know how to do that. Paint themselves silver and then they stand there until you walk by them and then they like do the robot. Then we go, yeah, we make some. Yeah, Like, or like what, the Buckingham Palace guards.

And they just got to stand there and people are, like, in front of them and they’re like, you do not amuse me. But yeah, that would be that idea. That would be the worst job ever. I would hate that. Control or something after a while ago. Oh, I’m about to tip over. Nope. You’re at work. Stay up district. Stay standing there. There, you pay. You do it, you do it every day. Like, I don’t know. No, thank you. Oh, I went to this one, this one show not too long ago. Like Oh my goodness, am I forgetting? Streaming, like cable, I don’t know if it’s HBO or Netflix or something, but where they’re like voguing. So they’re like voguing teams. It’s like, how’s the Revlon, this person, this thing, and they’re like teams and they just come out and do these like cool little blah, blah, blah, like 20 seconds. Pose end in a pose kind of thing. So like a like a flash mob. Kind of, but where it sort of like where they kind of walk down a runway like that particular day. What’s your name? Leslie Jones was there at the judge. So cool.

Hmm. So, but yeah, I know. But yeah, I’m like, I’m all just thinking of random different little things I’ve seen lately. There’s like, yeah, I’m having like a vote. I think it was only like around 36 today. Yesterday was probably in the 50s. It was gorgeous yesterday. I hear on the weekend we’re supposed to get a day in the 60s. So the 60s is when it’s been cold. Like even the 40s feels amazing. So I mean, I was like after I got off work today, I had my coat on and stuff and I had been running around at work, but I like had my car window open and it was 36° and I was like friend. Because it’s been, so it was so cold that 36° even felt decent with the sun today. But we’re, we’re just starting to break out of the freezing zone because it’s been, I keep having like my pipes freeze up and stuff, but like. Point where I I’m starting to have running water on the regular ish basis again. It’s getting there.

Oh boy. Yeah, you Midwesterners, what the heck is going on in the world? I know, I know. Well, y’all let me know when you use that. I’ll be there, I’ll be there. I’ll be there right when heats up, yeah. This year above I could do 50 yeah degrees or higher. Yeah, it gets, it gets. It usually gets warm by like late May, early June. It takes a while. I’m a planet, but but it’s just not real. I don’t trust that April, April, I think rain and then I think, yeah, I know it can still if you are snow in April, it it has like I I believe you. The first time I moved into the the old trailer, I moved in on April 15th to a campground and then that very week, maybe even that very day, we had like this huge snowstorm and got like a foot of snow. It was crazy, Yeah. Like as soon as I moved into it.

Did you have to like, shovel away to get out of the door? I was like, really jump in. You’re like, you got a foot, a foot or. We just jump in. Yeah, no, I want to hold like, you know, I hide inside a lot. But I just did a show saying how excited I am about spring weather coming because it is starting to get a little nicer. And it’s. So it’s certainly like, you know, get me excited for like, oh, it’s almost here. Yay. You know it, it feels close. Hmm, Yeah, still crank in my heater, right then. I don’t know if you can hear my furnace, but it’s running, Yeah. But I’m in here like super spoiled. Like I keep my thermostat set at like 80° so I’m nice. Oh, yes.

I did a trip for Christmas this year and then I did a trip for Christmas the year before.

He I haven’t talked to him, but there was an account on Facebook that emerged recently. That friend requested me that. Tad, I knew it was him and uh, you know, just by looking at, just looking at the profile picture and the name and who he was friends with, I’m like, oh, there he is.

So here’s what he’s out there. I haven’t talked to him in a while. He’s been like really on the download. While a lot of people have kind of said that, like, where is he at, you know? But I think he’s just kind of chilling on the down low right now. I mean, he really just hasn’t. Hasn’t been doing a typical out and about stuff, you know, I mean, it doesn’t help that like Facebook was banning him like every other minute. So how? For what?

Oh, everything and everything. Yeah. You’re funny. You’re a band. Yeah. Yep, Yep, ’cause yeah, people love to hate them, but we love them. He’s, you know. Yeah, I I was thinking about them when I. Like I said when I wrote my thing tonight and I thought about saying, hey, what’s up? Because it’s been a while since we’ve had him on the air. Yeah, But you know, it’s like there’s and I, I said thought of Kyle crossed my mind when you were going to call too. And you know, it’s got to got to say hi to everybody. There’s still people. Yeah, on the show that I’d like to get on the show. I don’t know. I’m definitely, I definitely volunteer myself to interview them. If you get too busy, I’ll, I’ll come on your show and interview them for you. Like I still love interviews.

It’s great, yeah. Yeah, but yeah, like, I’ve been, you know, it’s been winter. I’ve been kind of in a hermit mode. I have been doing shows, but I like, haven’t been inviting. You know, usually I tell people to call in and all that stuff. And, you know, even on the air I’m like, oh, you know, call. Blah, blah, blah. And I’ve said it a few times here and there, but I haven’t really like been reaching out to bring in guests lately because I’m just kind of like in a little to myself, kind of like I said, hermit place. But I’m starting to feel myself starting to come out of that now that spring’s coming and you know. Get more motivated, get more done.

One of the things I did on the live stream on NGRTV was I was just streaming live while and listening to the radio while I was painting my place. Currently working on giving my new like this trailer a facelift. It needs it. It’s kind of you know. Kind of been old and worn down as far as like the wallpaper and just kind of things are outdated as far as what it looks like. You’re gonna, you’re gonna redo it. You’re making it. Oh, yeah, I’ve been working on it. I redid the floor. There’s videos up on the site that you can see of me working on the floor.

And then I’ve been working on painting the walls and I can just imagine me right now. But I grew up some wallpaper. I’m just imagining myself trying to do anything like that. I’m like, I’m not that that kind of artistic person. So like crafts or like, Oh yeah, just like, you know, slept up this multi your first stuff like on your structure. It would look, yeah, I would not go. Well, somebody told me to somebody told me to do wallpaper and I’m like, I’ve never done wallpaper. I really don’t want to like I but I have painted professionally for a living, so. I painted not very comfortable with Yeah, so I’m so I’m painting. Yay, had a lot of practice. Well, it’s good. No, it’s getting there. I worked on. Uh oh. Uh oh. Hello.

Oh, there we go. It was muffled for a second. There we go. I think. Hello. OK, there we go. Yeah, I have. I have earbuds in because the microphone on the earbuds actually helps the audio sound a little nicer than just using my phone. Yeah. Someone suggested that to me a while back and it really helped. OK. I’m like eating food. I’ve been doing this. I actually probably shouldn’t be eating right now, but I have started doing this alternate day fasting that I found out about on YouTube where you eat for one day and then you don’t eat for her one day and then you eat for one day and don’t eat for one day. And it’s supposed to help you have liquids, right?

Huh. You’re supposed to have liquids though, right? On the on the non eating day, yeah, you still have water as long as they’re like 00 calorie. Like you can have water, you can have coffee. They like the girl that I’m learning about it from says like no diet soda but I’m like I don’t care. It has 0 calories and I’ll do energy drinks as long as I, you know, like you’re, she said she allows herself because she does supplements and stuff. She allows her. 50 calories to take supplements or whatever. And I’m like, yeah. And some people say, too, if you’re under 500 calories for that day, I don’t do that. I don’t do that many. Like I do way less than that on my days that I don’t eat. I try to keep it like, you know, 50 or 100 at the most. But then yeah, it’s one thing I did get recently was AB12 shot.

I think it’s probably a 12 shot AB12 shot. Yeah, I just did that like maybe two or three weeks ago. I don’t know how long it lasts, but I will send you. Sort of I’ll do it again or not. I don’t I’m not sure, but hey. But I do take like the actual like B12 like pill too. Yeah, I do shot a shot in the arm. This initial I mean I do B12 usually I and then I do my doctor. My doctor has me take vitamin D and then I what else? And then I have like. Yeah, Multivitamin gummy. Yeah, If I lived in in California or Florida, I wouldn’t need it probably, but. Yeah.

So those are the vitamins I take on a regular basis. But I I think I had like multivitamin gummies and they were like too good to where I forgot the third vitamins and I think it’s messed up my tummy. Oh my God, we stopped at 3:00. I was like, I just thought. No, wait, no, no. Oh my God. It’s not good. And there’s too much iron. I’m not healthy. I don’t. I, I learned my lesson. I was just like, OK, look at what you’re eating. That’s not. I was just like they do. I take my vitamins today and walk back to the kitchen.

Did I take my today? Look at what’s your yes, yes, nice. Oh nice Jesus I gotta put him in one of those like planner pills they used. I was thinking of that. All you need for the day. Leave them alone. No, I know I would be really healthy. OK at Walmart and I went to look for one of those and I could not find one. And maybe I would, I don’t know, maybe I was in the wrong section. Pharmacy section, I couldn’t find it. Well, there was one other time where they went off the shelves like toilet paper. It was like, and everybody, maybe because toilet paper and bottle pill planners, the time before that I was somebody was trying to tell me I had a fever and I didn’t believe them.

But they’re like, no, you do. I can feel it. And I was like, no, I know. But so I went on my way home. Home to buy a freaking thermometer and I couldn’t find one of them either and it’s like obviously a thermometer here somewhere. No good luck. Maybe try the dollar store? Maybe try the dollar store. Maybe they raise their prices by like maybe $0.20 and they lost. The big following Yes, you might be able to try their dollars. Dollar Tree here is $1.25 now.

Yeah, my e-mail. See what happens. How how’s gas? And that’s oh, see for that, Yeah, for us, that’s gas. Like there was like a news article headline that was like, hey, Americans, be prepared for five dollar $5 a gallon gas. I’m like, dude, I was paying five. A gallon a month ago. Like it’s already here, right? Well, for other California, anyway. US the other day it just hits like 410 is the highest I’ve seen out here. You know, like. I about died when it went up to like 35360 something like that. And then like a week, maybe a week later it was like 399 to 4:10 and I was like, oh. He’s only killed me. That’s what you’re like for them. Yeah, No, I plan so many trips.

I planned so many trips now throughout like OK, gas is this much right now so do I want to visit buffer or just. Yeah, see. See you next week. I’ll try. When I went for Christmas, I drove and it was 300 miles each way and it felt like no big deal. But like right now, I kind of, I mean, like I, I like cringing thinking about getting through the week. This was I drive back and forth between my place and the city so much every. And it’s just like, oh man, like, how am I going to work this into my budget, you know? But I don’t know, you just do.

My, I worked both of my jobs today and the first job, you know, a lot of people talk about a lot of depending on who’s in there, a lot of people get all into politics once in a while and get into all the, all the. The stuff and you know somebody’s like Fuck it, I don’t need to go anywhere I’ll just stay home. Screw you guys. I’m not paying that, you know like yeah, you want to see the you drive you coming to me Yeah or I saw a meme I think maybe on Facebook earlier that said about it said. Something like corona restrictions lifted and now I can go out and then. Yeah. Do I still have AAA shoe?

I need somebody to come get my car stuck out. Yeah. Like what? There you go, please. Just the other thing in the mail from AAA like 2 weeks ago. Maybe I’ll get that and then I’ll just have my car towed everywhere. Yeah. We got some shopping to do today, baby, we got some errands, we got run and the pastor’s feet of the truck of AAA, we going to do this and he’s going to carry some hairy bag and because we just got to have a life because we could live in the AAA truck but. Like what? What? Who came to get you? Is he cute?

I have always heard I have volunteered to watch people’s pet squirrels. What? Who has had Laurel? Long story, Long story short, I was like, if you know, it’s the fan and then nobody can reach anybody. Power grids down. Stuff. Expect me at your door if it’s the If you have the biggest, roomiest house full of stocked food and all this different stuff in the woods somewhere, I might be your new best friend. I will watch your birds and your squirrels for you. Reattached. Just sign me up. I got had any to be watched. That’s not a bird outside your house the other day.

They need some, you know, some, some surveillance, some guidance. I could do that. Yeah, yeah, I know I already, I know like where I know what family members I would go to if they’re if it hits the fan like that, you know, I know he’s going to survive and who’s going to die. There’s no light. There’s no light, there’s no TV, there’s no cell phone, your electric car won’t start, none of that. You know, stuff works, So what the heck are you going to do? You got to walk or you guys like find a big strong person to carry you for a while.

There’s nothing to see. I know some people. I let’s see, I and my daddy’s birthday is just a few days after mine. And so I bought him a couple of presents and one of the things I got him, which is kind of like, I don’t know, He’s kind of, yeah, he’s kind of. Kind of into prepping and stuff. And so I, I’m like this it’s not necessarily practical right now, but I bought him this kit that’s like had like a machete with a saw on it and like a little hatchet and another knife and like all the and like fire starter and all this stuff.

It’s kind of like survival in the woods kind of. Stuff and he lives out by the woods. So yeah, I’m like, maybe you’ll, maybe you’ll. This will come in handy someday. You’ll need it for something. That’s like the top tips to me. Like I was telling somebody the other day I was like, there’s all you can recommend anything to the youth or whatever. What would you recommend? Like put your or your or to people in general? Like put your kids and Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, teach them, let them learn how to make a fire with, you know, sticks and stuff.

Yeah. No, I would do that. Like I’m good at I’m good at starting a fire if I have a fire source already. I’ve never actually tried to start one. Just even with one of those little things or like, you know, I’ve never even tried that. I I’ve seen it done on TV and I know it’s a bitch and a half like I was I was a big fan of watching naked and Afraid and you only get a couple of items to take with you and like you have to survive and. It’s crazy, but like, yeah, people, if you get in the wrong situation, even when if you got shit to start a fire, doesn’t mean your fire is going to start because if it’s too wet outside or like stuff like that, you’re so rude, you know, like.

Nature, just the wind just keeps blowing up. Oh, yeah, yeah. So. So I mean, like. I, I know a fair amount of camping type outdoor skills and I’ve seen, I’ve watched a lot of it, but like putting it actually in the practice, that’s what a lot of those people, a lot of the people would go on to that show. Being like, Oh yeah, I’m an awesome outdoors person. I’m really good at this and this, and then I get out there for real and they’re screwed. It’s a lot harder than they think. It’s a little. Like what? You guys harder. They’re like, dude, you guys are filming me and you guys go home to like, you know, all your like, modern conveniences.

You’re watching this struggle and I’m watching you right in front of me filming me. You ain’t healthy. Like, no, you chose to be on the show. Yeah. We’re like what you know, people, people lose like 30 lbs in like a month and you know, are like their bones are all sticking out like it’s, it’s rough times. Like they, they go through it and just, you can tell because. Really is, I’m sure they said, I’m sure they do that. They’re like, I mean, like, you know, you could die right now, right? No, people, people have had to be rushed to the hospital with really serious things like hypothermia and all kinds of different problems.

So this one lady got her. We were like, I want to go to hospital, like you’re not sick enough. No this 11. Boiling water on the fire fell over onto her bare skin, all over her back and just burned the absolute hell out of her. And she ended up getting an infection. And, like, it was not good. You know, like, serious bad stuff has happened. So yeah, you bet you’ve signed in all kinds of stuff. So is not liable because people have gotten really close to having bad situations.

Got very sick and things like that because they’ll eat something that was bad. You know, they’re trying to find things in nature to eat and you don’t you got to sometimes something could be wrong with it and it could poison. You know, so all that kind of stuff happened, but you know, like, I know stuff, but I know other people that know more. So I would go find them because yeah, I’m just like, help, don’t let me die. By myself, we wouldn’t, you know, I might make it, but I would really have a hard time. Like they drop in the woods with like a person who’s like actually really avid skilled survival person and you’re like trying to barter.

You’re like, I’ll paint my toenails if you like boil the water somehow with no stone. Brush my hair if you go kill those legs that that here so we can eat tonight. Like Oh no. Oh my God. Oh no. Oh my God. I got I put my hair in pigtails and figure out how to make a flashlight out of out of twigs. You gotta work it out. You gotta work it out for now. Oh man. It’s so funny. I can imagine you. And the, the no matter how many times you leave the site, the message stays there. So like if it’s a couple days until someone sees it and responds to you, they still can. But I was actually using it. During my live broadcast on the TV yesterday and somebody was talking to me through the chat while I was live. And so it works good, but you could be like, hey, I’m going to be on doing blah, blah, blah like at this time. It’s like randomly.

Yeah, Like I, you know, I put the link for the live show and what time it would be on there and you know, where I tell people when I’m going to be on the TV and all that kind of stuff. And. With everybody, like on a day-to-day basis, Are you into that whole, excuse me, sorry, are you into that whole NFT stuff?

Are you gonna make some NFTS? Yeah, It’s a currency system. So yeah. Basically, and I actually, so, so you’ve created Rd. is there the gems that are there are actual money in a bank account right now? Like I set up a bank account for it so it’s legit. Yeah. It’s legit, it’s legit currency. So it’s all backed by real money. Umm, yeah, you’ll realize there’s a coin, you know, or what? Those are coin, doggy coin. Those are coin, Bitcoin, crypto, whoever. Yeah. Well, I mean, it’s digital. It’s not digital. No liquid, but I mean the, the gems are digital currency, but this has there’s actual dollars in a bank account that are I that you know for how many gems are currently on the site and then people can go buy more.

Buy more that money goes into the bank account and then they can use them to you can you can transfer them. There’s a so like if you’re you have your profile on there. If I go and transfer gems to Sandra London, I can send you gems. And so, you know, if I like your video, I can tip you. Actually, underneath the TV there’s a thing. Can we transfer it into gas? Can we transfer it into gas? So I’ll take gas over coins. Well, you see you. You like Essex under my gas tank when you do that? Yeah, but when? When I get, you know, when you get, when you earn $20, then you can get a payout.

So I’ll send you money once you have a big $20 and people, people can, there’s a thing underneath the TV where it’s like, if you like what you see, you can. What’s, what’s the map? What’s the map? You get like you can put like videos. And photos up there and different you get like a bio or whatever you can put just like the little different stuff you can put on there. So it’s, it’s cool. And then you have private messaging capabilities back and forth between members. You can friend each other. Umm, and then yeah, there’s the different, the different gem activities you can earn like different badges for the different activities, the different achievements that you do and stuff like that.

So there’s a you get like a, the more gems you have, you can achieve higher status. I have their different levels. I’m only on the second level myself. Being that the, you know, it’s actual money in the bank I’m at, I’m at ambassador level. You’re a newbie first and you’re an ambassador and it goes up from there. You get like different rankings. The more gems that you have. So there’s like status involved with it.

So it’s pretty cool. Yeah, I spent, I spent a while figuring that out, how to build that, and I got it all up and running and working. So it’s pretty cool. And you know, if it, if it can tie it, if you can tie it to slight miles and guess you’ll be a billionaire in no time. Yeah. Well, maybe eventually, I mean, you know, starting with the cash, starting with cash is a good, is a good place to start. But it would be cool to eventually do. I’m sure eventually there could be a way to do that, you know. Umm, it’s just all how much money you have to invest in your project so.

And we’re certain out, yeah, definitely. So there’s, I mean anything is possible. Yes, but I really need, I really need girls to come join the site. I need to talk to more girls and like get them involved because that’s what’s really good. Girls are girls are what makes Naked Girls Radio go, you know, that’s the whole reason people come to it. Is for girls and I need, I need girls. I am just one girl. I’m only one girl. Darn it.

Oh, you’ll see him again. I get some new ones. Yeah, yeah. Bring it on. Oh, I’m trying to think, oh, so I guess I’ve always been into it, but I guess been more into it lately is vintage shopping.

So I guess that’s something new or I guess not new but focused. Yeah, so I have a lot more shoes that are awesome, some hats, some really cool hats. So I’ve been having fun playing dress up and stuff. So you know all everybody is like. Hiding while we’re all hiding behind our mask. I’ll have a head that’ll be really cool. Freaking Metro hat like a like a. I had made a Peacock Center. That’s like just chilling, you know, we’ll just try and brighten up the day. So I guess that was probably, yeah, a good, a good fun hobby. That’s cool.

So make some videos and put them to music. Share them with everybody. Everyone wants to see. That’s entertainment to me. I want to watch. I said I want to watch you play dress up. Dress up. Yes, Dress up time. Yeah, yeah, I like to play dress up. I I’d either make more playing. I have the new, the new stuff I haven’t made videos for yet, ’cause I just opened it last night and then I’ve been working all day. I do. I work 12 hours. On Thursday and then I came home and do the radio show for 2 1/2 hours. So, you know, I got a lot going on, but.

Yeah, yesterday I I worked. For seven hours and then I came home and did a radio show and then after that I did the TV show and then I went to bed and then I got a really super early to go to work again and. Hmm, busy but it’s how early? How early? How early was that I usually wake up. I’ve been trying to wake up at 5:00 in the morning. Doesn’t work because I’m like lazy and I don’t want to get up, but I usually get up around. You start getting up around 6 I. Work at 7:00. I’m not a morning person, that’s super early for me either.

All of those times sound absolutely disgusting. I know I can’t believe you. How could you Like, I don’t know. I think it’s all the all the girls that have been dancers are. That way when I hang out, when I hang out with Cynthia Taser like it’s, it’s pretty likely that she’s like taking a nap and sleeping till like 5 or 6:00 PM. Because it goes to work after that, you know, and right, we would get, we would go, you know, whenever I would go there, we’d get there at like, you know, 7 or 8 or maybe even 9:00 to, to the. Like good morning. They’re like, what do you mean it’s 9 at night? I’m like, come on. Yeah, like, you haven’t been up that long, have you? Come on, be honest. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Three hours ago. How would you, though? Weird. Yeah, which I I was bartending for so long and now I’m in in the during the day, I work at a breakfast diner and it’s a complete different world. I would like it. Oh yeah. Morning toffee. It’s like, yeah, they are. They are. It’s very busy. It’s very fast-paced and you get smaller tips, but you get a lot more of them. So it balances out, it balances out. So it’s, it’s probably, it’s pretty close to the same kind of money I was making bartending. Believe it or not, So yeah, yeah, it’s pretty good. So and we’re, we’re just starting to get busy again.

It’s been slow because it’s been cold out. But now that the days are starting to get a little warmer, we’re definitely picking up. And it’s man when it was summertime. I’m working there. I mean, it’s pure insanity. You just run and run and run and run for seven hours straight. Yeah, like a psycho. Like you’re, you can’t even earn spinning because you’re just going so fast. Umm, yeah. So it’s getting there where I can feel it. Like today was got pretty busy for a little bit and each day it’s getting a little busier. So before you know it, it’ll be warm out and I’ll be like completely exhausted and feeling psychotic but. Now I’m hanging in there.

In the meanwhile, you know, yeah, with the nice weather comes more energy. So that’s cool. That’s very true. But yes, so we have, it says we have like 4 just under 4 minutes left before it’s going to kick us off the show. OK, Do you have any, any dreams for 2022 that you want to share? I know we’re past the it’s January new Year. We’re March now. Yeah. Well, I don’t do resolutions anyways, but I actually saw that the girl that I found out about. The girl that I found out about the alternate day fasting from, she has a whole bunch of videos about self improvement and like glow up for 2022 and I’m trying to do all the things she says that you know on the list to do.

I’ve got I’m working on them because there’s a lot that needs to be done. But let me just be very careful. Did you did you hear that news story of like some really popular as a guy, a YouTuber who was like a fitness person and all this And I guess like he died of heart failure because he was pushing himself too hard. Yeah, no, it’s not because it’s nothing like that. No, but she’s like talks a lot about like mental health and like things like, you know, being organized, getting your finances in order, like all kinds of all kinds of different things so.

I’m digging it. I’m, you know, following her advice so far and it’s really, it’s being it’s very helpful. So, you know, this is a this is the glow up year. And I’ve been, you know, just really getting really back into the radio stuff and the website stuff, you know, over the last couple of months, but really just a lot recently and, you know. There’s a lot of cool stuff happening with it. I just. I don’t know. I’ve hit a new stride, so I’m excited about that. So what about you? Oh, I guess. Learning well, I guess. Hmm, I guess.

More so than this current trend of like manifest, manifest, this vision boards and all that. More than any or separate from any of that, it’s just more like centeredness of like feeling like sense of balance and just, you know, techniques to like breathing like the joy of breathing and calming yourself. You know, if you. Stressed out of how to Yeah, because usually I get stressed out. I want loud music and like just distract myself and just blow up. But sometimes it’s just stillness and quiet and, you know, serenity and ultimately nerve bottom is the goal. Is like supreme sublime happiness just sitting still and like I like practicing with my posture of like constantly like how am I sitting?

Am I flinched over No sit up like unless you’re sleepy, you’re tired and lay down. But you know if you’re up and you think about it and you. Think of yourself and what your body is doing. Like adjust, sit up. It’ll make you feel better. And think happy. Yeah, when you go yeah, yeah, journaling. That’s one thing she really pushes is journaling. And when I now when I’m feeling anxious, you know, instead of like going and eating food or doing or going and having a drink, I start writing it out and by the time I’m 3 pages in I feel like.
