Tonight when I get back, I gotta fix the venetian blinds pull cord string in the back room of the house, I was changing the old window film that a family friend put up for my Grandma a year or 2 ago before I came to Cleveland, OH from L.A. Cali, I bought window insulation kit, with the clear film the old one I could not see outta window, I must of pull the pull cord string too hard, now I can not pull up or lower blinds or make them even. The cord can not pull now. I have to check out some YouTube videos to see if it has instructions on fixing.
